Bolo de Laranja
200 g de açúcar+50 g para calda
130 g de farinha
2 laranjas+2 para calda
4 ovos
1 colher de chá de fermento
Pré aquecer o forno a 180 ºC. Misturar o açúcar com a raspa das laranjas e as gemas. Juntar o sumo até engrossar e de seguida o fermento e a farinha. Bater bem. Por último juntar as claras batidas em castelo bem alto e envolver bem. Levar ao forno em forma untada com manteiga.
Para a calda, levar a lume médio o sumo das duas laranjas e o açúcar e deixar ferver durante 10 minutos. Regar o bolo com a calda antes de servir.
Orange cake
200 g cane sugar+50 g for syrup
130g flour
2 oranges+2 for syrup
4 eggs
1 tea spoon baking powder
Pre-heat the oven to 180ºC. Mix the sugar with the orange zest and the egg yolks. Add the orange juice until the mixture hardens a little and then add the flour and baking powder. Last of all, add the beaten egg whites and mix carefully. Take it to the oven in a greased pan.
For the syrup, place the orange juice and the sugar in a pan and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Pour the syrup over the cake just before serving.
